Slow Spiral Downshear Roughing Solid Carbide Bit

$82.65$372.44

Slow Spiral Downcut Roughing router bits are used when roughing cuts are necessary. Roughing cuts allow for faster machining time to get material to size before finishing cuts are executed. The Slow Spiral geometry facilitates excellent cutting in hardwoods, solid surface, HDPE, LDPE, HPL and other hard plastics. Downshear router bits are preferred when chip evacuation is not required or downward force is necessary on the work piece. The common applications are sizing, trimming, and removing a large amount of material fast. Increase the number of flutes if fast feedrate is required. Used on 5 axis, point-to-point machines

Funny story. I had one of my guys change the blade and I came back to check progress and all the cuts were jagged and rough. I went back and looked at what blade he was using and it was the old blade instead of the Qic. I was literally going to call you guys today and ask some questions but instead I had to get on my guy about stupid operator errors. Anyways…. Blade is good and working better than ever.
