The HSK 63 F Thermo Chuck is an ideal clamping solution for machining applications that require the utmost accuracy. The opening of the Thermo Chuck gets heated up rapidly through induction heating. The tool is able to slide in once the shaft opening has expanded. The Tool Holder and the Tool become fused together as a single unit once the holder cools down. This ensures that there is no compounding tolerance between the tool holder, collet, collet nut, and the tool. These are ideal for carbide insert tooling and PCD or Diamond Tooling. These are typically not purchased independently unless your facility has an induction heater, or a Thermo Chuck Setup. These can be purchased at the same time as any router bit to be sold mounted together.
