V-Grooving Insert Bit

A CNC V Grooving tool is an essential and versatile bit for any production. The tool has the ability to perform decorative and detail cuts, chamfer edges, and cut mitre folds in a variety of materials. Typically two options are available 90 degree for composite material with no expansion and contraction and 91 degree for wood based materials. The extra degree is to allow room for expansion and glue for the material. The knives equipped on the tool are reversible and are a high density micro carbide to allow for longer tool life.
