Brad Point Pilot drills are an essential part of any tooling shop. Like Brad-Point drill bits, Brad point Pilot Drills allow for a blind pilot hole any depth into the material. Our pilot drills are Solid Carbide which lends itself to longer tool life. Most companies supply these drills in HSS(high speed steel) which is a less expensive option but doesn't last nearly as long. These drills are typically paired with a drill adapter for the respective shank diameter of the drills chosen.
