Stile and Rail Insert Cutterhead

Stile and Rail Insert Cutterhead are an excellent option for a production shop that wants the convenience of replaceable inserts and repeatability. The cutter head is used for kitchen cabinetry doors and casework. The head comes with two cutters to make to profile and counter profile. The cutter comes standard with Profile A. However, Profile B and C can be substituted. The first cutter head can be used for panel raising effects. This cutter comes standard with 2 wings and is an extremely effective at machining hardwood, soft wood. Lead time is 2 working weeks for production. Additional designs can be generated and have a lead time of 3-4 weeks.
