Multi-Profile Raised Panel Inset Cutterheads are an excellent option for a production shop that wants the convenience of replaceable inserts and repeatability. The cutter head is used for the raised panel effect on door panels. The cutter comes standard with Profile A with 2mm radius. However, Profile B and C can be substituted. Please pay attention to the wood above or wood below attribute to ensure the right cutterhead is ordered. This cutter comes standard with 2 wings and is an extremely effective at machining hardwood, soft wood and MDF. Lead time is 2 working weeks for production. Additional designs can be generated and have a lead time of 3-4 weeks.
