One and Two Flute Continuous Tip PCD (Diamond) Router Bit
The One Flute Downshear Continuous Tip Diamond Router bit features a Carbide Body with a PCD height of 2-4mm which equates to 3-4 sharpenings depending on use. Excellent finish and chip removal. Best used for jointing sizing solid wood, wood based panels, composites, fiberglass, plastics and other abrasive materials. Tool life is in excess of 20X it's carbide counterpart.
