Bull Nose Insert Router Bit

Bull Nose Insert Router Bit allows for making radiused edges on top and bottom of material of a half circle. The tool must be used on pod and rail machines because of needed clearance under the material. This tool comes equipped with replaceable carbide insert knives (5,10,15,22.5mm radius) mounted to a steel body. The cutters have 2 wing and is suitable for hardwood, softwood, chipboard, and MDF. Lead time is 2 working weeks for production. Additional profiles can be generated and have a lead time of 3-4 weeks.
